Taste note

Nose:
On the nose you will experience fresh rich fruits like green apples, lime but also some herbal notes like soft leafs. If you dig a bit deeper you will get some tropical fruits like pineapple, banana and mango. Hints of vanilla, orange and Seville marmalade with a light vinous character and nutty undertones.
-
Palate:
On the palate some gentle dryness. At the start the tropical fruits and fresh ripe green apples will pop out followed by the toffee, tropical fruits like ripe banana and fresh ripe pineapple. Hints of coconut, vanilla and looming omnipresent are solid peat notes with a bitter sweetness.
-
Finish:
Medium long finish with fresh citrus notes but also dry notes. It gives you a fruity finish. Also noticeable on the finish, hints of white pepper, toffee and caramel notes balanced with a touch of mochaccino and dark chocolate on the tail.
-
Conclusion:
All and all its like eating a fresh salad with green apples and tropical fruits. The vanilla, toffee and dark chocolate notes really finish the job and makes it a pleasant and enjoyable whisky.
