  • Colour:

    Deep amber

  • Nose:

Vibrant citrus aromas with ginger, stewed fruits & cinnamon and subtle dark fudge aromas. Rich beeswax polish notes develop with a touch of aged oak.

  • Palate:

Intense Seville oranges flavors give way to red appel with underlaying spices. Demerara sugar and soft herbal flavor lead to charred oak.

  • Finish:

Medium long and bodied with citrus zest and oak.

  • Conclusion:

This 40 year old expresion by Benromach was hand selected and matured in 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Casks, giving it its full and complex oak and sherry flavors. No peat smoke at the palate but there are lots of sweet and complex fruits and caramel notes on the nose and palate.
