A little alcohol prickle, water tames this, golden syrup, ginger biscuits, lime jelly, then earthy with fresh carrots, stewed plums and walnut skins.

Palate:
Soft and gentle, then waves of ginger and chili bean spice. Dark mint chocolate and field mushrooms cooked in butter. All wrapped in creamy vanilla and aromatic spices.

Finish:
Chocolatey and a little chili, dries with a grapefruit sharpness.
