Taste note

Colour:
Medium gold
-
Nose:
A bouquet of tropical fruit and candied sweets are perfectly balanced with underlying wine notes.
-
Palate:
Soft sweet notes reminiscent of candied fruit and Turkish delight develop into flavours of mouth watering lychee. The fusion of sweet flavours is soon met with a rich drying sensation from the Icewine.
-
Finish:
Short and crisp with lingering tropical fruits and Turkish delight.
-
Conclusion:
This is a single malt whisky that is better cooled and chilled. The lower temperatures gives the flavors a more mellow and smoothes taste. The more tropical flavors will come more to the top and you can taste the Turkish delight. Ice wine is something special by its self but finishing it off with a single malt whisky is something I've never seen before. This makes it so special indeed.
