Remarkable

Taste note

  • Colour:

    Light golden

  • Nose:

Toasted cinnamon shards, mellow peat smoke, sun kissed lemon zest, fresh pineapple, heater rich honey, warm vanilla sponge cake.

  • Palate:

Complex and rich a wide harmony of cinnamon charred pineapple, vanilla sponge cake, heather honey and mellow peat smoke

  • Finish:

In the finish a light, citrus lemon peel aftertaste and that noticeable DNA of Highland park.

  • Conclusion:

A bit too pricy for the quality you are getting. I guess this is a trend with Highland Park and Edrington Group. Somebody have to pay for the packaging, quality cask and advertising. Don't get me wrong I love Highland Park, and their whisky is still great but why the overpricing Highland park? you are losing your core whisky fans and enthusiast.
