Karuizawa is the gold standard for rare Japanese whisky. The distillery closed its doors in 2011, although it had not been producing whisky for over a decade.

This particular set is the famous ‘Noh Performer’ series of Karuizawa. The Noh series is another popular series from Karuizawa. Noh is a traditional Japanese puppet theater dating back to the 14th century. These traditions are kept alive today by such groups as KAMIASOBI, a troupe founded in 1997 by five young men whose families have ben involved  in Not theatre for hundreds of years.

The set consists of 31 individual Karuizawa Noh bottles, each of them comes with a beautiful presentation box. This is a very rare and limited collector’s edition series that all Karuizawa fans would wish to have!

Their Noh whisky series is one of their largest and most popular collections. It is made up of a wide range of single cask expressions and they are all sought after by connoisseurs and collectors around the world. Each bottle is unique and tells its own story, along with that of the long lost legendary distillery.

These bottles are hard to find on their own, so it is very rare to see them all for sale together.

There are 33 bottles in total in the collection.
