Nose:
A complex nose with lots of layers. Starts off with ginger nut biscuits, sweet sherry. deeper in you can smell caramel crème brulée, raisins and oak spices.

Palate:
Complex same as the nose with deep and creamy sweet sherries. Sultana and dried raisins, sticky malt loaf with a creamy vanilla smoothness.hints of chocolate, molded brown sugar and crème brulée.

Long with dried apricots, rich honey coated pecan nuts.
